Default Aspect Ratio functions

I finished my first skin and just before I upload it to the Skins' page Inoticed that the aspect ratio functions do not function properly.

I usually use the keyboard "o" to toggle to the original size, always worked fine. But using

#define BSP_AspOrg 40
#define BSP_Asp169 41
#define BSP_Asp43 42

or

#define BSP_CycleAS 71

produce some strange zoom effects that can only be "reset" by manually resizing the screen and then using the kayboard again.

I would like to correct this, if possible, so I don't release a Skin with unusable buttons.

Maybe someone cares to check what I am saying and give feedback, I uploaded the skin to rapidshare because it was about 550K in size.

Thanks

I skinned the equalizer too now

http://rapidshare.com/files/43614170..._HTPC_v110.bsz

and have some questions about it.

How can I add a close button to the equalizer (non-skinned EQ have it by default, but Base skin does not have it in the EQ.ini file)

The buttons in the equalizer are non standard, is that correct? I mean that they do not make use of U and D files for mouse over and button down states.

The preamp button is taken to be the same as the band buttons, even that there is a EQPreAmpImg parameter, it is ignored.

I tried to use the A state button style for PL, ML and Preferences, in the main screen, but they don't follow the state of the window. Specially if I open, for example, the PL, then the PL button would change to the A state. But if I close the PL window using the X button, the PL button stays in A state, instead of returning to the N state.

I can see, from the BSplayer behavior for skinned buttons, that it allocates a buffer according to the size of the N state button. If the D or U state buttons are bigger, then they get clipped.

Why the Refresh states are treated as display text and not as buttons? (cannot be skinned)

PL and ML are not skinnable yet, are they?

I'm afraid I'm unable to help you. Also our fellow-user Tizio (the creator of BSP Skinmaker) hasn't been present at this forum for quite some time now (and I've sofar been unable to contact him, which I've been trying recently). Of the people (fellow-users) who've most helped on this forum he has/had most experience concerning skins. Anyhow, I'll ask a BS.Player team member to possibly shed some light on the questions raised by you.

Yes, EQ uses different buttons - close will be added in next build.

Different states for PL and ML should be working; we are not sure, exactly where is the problem.

I submitted the skin to the BSplayer site.
Name: BIG MAMA
When the small problems are fixed I will try and release a fixed version.
