And i believe at version 3 of bsplayer use it own codecs and not borrow other codecs of audio and video.
That is solved that kind of issue i have at bsplayer 2 version.

Open the same file you used to take the screenshot for filters and do another screenshot to see which filters are used now to play the file, after blacklisting microsoft's filters. Thank you.

For one more time already tallied you when I blacklist the windows codecs and try to play a video it doesn't use any codec at all if I dont have install the lav codecs
