Many times the program is stuck

Why many times the program(Even the latest version 2.75 1089) is stuck and it always beep until i force terminate by task manager the program.

I use windows 7 sp1 ultimate but even at win10 is do the exactly same thing.

And is do these things from 2.71 version and still these issues/bugs NEVER SOLVED - FIXED.

What is the logfile of latest version 2.75 build 1089
