Default video tearing !!!

Hello,

I have seen a problem with BSPlayer 0.85.490

With some divX video there are a few video tearing, but it's working correctly under windows media player 7!

What the problem ? it is a bugg? Perhaps the soft have to be optimized!

Thank for your answer
Lionel

I don't think it's a BSplayer bug!
Maybe, you should look at your DivX5.02 decoder settings.

It's known to have some issues. And it's recommanded not to check "Smoth playback" and "Double buffering" in the decoder properties quality settings.

Here is the DivX.com FAQ answer

But maybe it's not the codec you're using, then explain what your tears are? What codec?

Hope it helps...
