crashes when overlay + ffdshow

i've lastest ffdshow (with older version are same results). it works when i don't use overlay. but overlay, mode 1 produces ugly crash of XP. With mode 2 only bsplayer crashes.

my configuration: WinXP + ATI RAGE 128 Pro

MODE1:

Only WXP message box "bsplayer has encountered problem ....", probably windows fault, but maybe not:

MODE2:

BSPlayer v0.85.488, Unhandled exception at EIP: 0040326E
