When BS Player is in full screen mode and the search results for subtitles online dialog appears, the following happens (and it is wrong):

1 - The cursor is not visible
Therefore, choosing a subtitle and downloading it or even closing the dialog has to be done "blind" by moving the mouse around and try to get a change in buttons color and then press Enter.

2 - Cannot close the dialog using the keyboard (, pressing escape does not close the dialog and because the dialog has the focus it is not possible to return to small screen mode to make the cursor visible)

how to replicate:
try to download some large wmv file with Opera browser (or make yourself a copy from some WMV file by splitting it with hjsplit File Splitters, freeware and multi-platform: HJSplit ). Then load the file into BSplayer with proper extension (wmv). Skip forward/back doesn't work. Try the same file in in GOM player. I think that the previous build 1016 broke the "new subtitle renderer" and same now with 1017. I can't get any mkv subs to work with new renderer.

System: Win7 64bit.
Tested with EVR, VMR9, Overlay and directdraw rendering modes. None of them work with the new subtitle parser. Old parser (new unselected) works fine.

I'm have some bugs and suggestions to latest version.
First come the bugs :
- when user install BSPlayer to default Program Files folder and will preset to have configuration together with app, any change in settings doesn't persist (user need admin rights)
- without admin rights extension register doesn't work

So in both cases it's easy solution for developers ... simple small app run by 'runas' command to save settings. 'runas' command will manage elevate rights itself.

Now one suggestion ... thumbnail view doesn't work correctly. Sometimes it shows currently playing video, sometimes player frame. Check DwnSetPresentParameters function. All others, like DIVX, AVI, MKV and so on, do play like they have to do. When I want to play a MPEG then it starts en I can see the picture, but it doesn't move. It freezes.
When I reinstall version 2.41.1003 the everything works.
Since there was a new version upcoming and I had to reneu my license. I fixed that payment and downloaded the version 2.50.1017 in the hope that this would work. IT didn't work either. So now i'm asking what is wrong in these versions that I can't play any MPEG anymore?
For the tyme being, I have reinstalled version 2.41.1003 and activated with the old activationkey.

Any ideas on how to solve. The crappy thing is: I WAS using BS Player on thi computer. but had it installed on an external HD which I do not have working at the moment. So reinstalled now and won't work. Blaaaah! Any one have a solution?
