My video is playing "jerky"

Help!!!!
There are a few days since the video (on BS Player) is playing like i don't have enough memory. But i do have (512 MB)
Is playing 2sec. normal than 1sec. behaind ---if you know what i mean...

please help me out!!!

How fast is the CPU? Try lowering post-processing levels.
