hd (x264/h264) hardware acceleration

is there any way to use dxva (hardware acceleration) in bsplayer, without cyberlink x264 codec that isn't free? since i can get hw acceleration when using media player, i don't see the point of paying for that to use it in bsplayer..
ffdshow dxva doesn't work.. at least with my graphics card (intel 4500mhd)...

I got ffdshow DXVA working with bsplayer under Windows XP (Radeon HD 4670). For DXVA you need an actual ffdshow and manually activate DXVA in FFDSHOW and set the rendering mode to VMR7 in bsplayer.

But since i migrated to windows 7 I am still searching for a working DXVA solution with bsplayer running under Windows 7. Anyone has some ideas?
