no video in bsplayer?

hi all ive been using bs player for a while now and have never had any problems with until now, the only thing different about my system is that i have had to replace my graphics card with an old matrox m2 i think :)

anyways when i play divx, mpg etc the video comes up all corrupt then just stalls while playing the audio in the back ground. the video files are not corrupt and have all the correct codecs installed, they play no problem in windows crappy media player. couls anybody please give me some advise in how to go about sorting this problem? is it something to with the matrox card?

im also now having problems playing back svcd's in windvd, this has also started since i replaced my old card.

mucho thx guys!

Try different overlay settings under Options > Preferences > Video.
