"At start switch to" doesn't work if you only want BS.Player to switch refresh rate.

Hey.

I would very much like to use BS.Player's option "At start switch to" to switch from my usual mode 1920×1080@50Hz to 1920×1080@60Hz. That doesn't work. I have to select some other resolution...

Make BS.Player support embedded subtitles.

It would be nice if BS.Player would support embedded subtitles with it's own subtitle renderer, so no vsfilter/vobsub would be required!

This feature would especially come in handy with HD .mkv...
