Always on top does not work for the main window, only the video window. An option to always have the main window in the tray would also be nice. So you can have it always on top, but not taking space...

Close BSPlayer when movie has been played

You have an option to shutdown your computer when the movie has been played, but not an option to close BSPlayer when the movie has been played.
This would be a nice option!
