Perhaps player raises "Unknown format" error...

Perhaps player raises "Unknown format" error because XP by default lacks many obsolete VFW codecs. Iccvid.dll was used to decode this video.

The address you gave returns a HTML file which tells I'm "BUSTED". If you are busted too (receive HTML), then this is the cause why BSPlayer cannot play. This webpage is too bloated and complex....

You have told BSPlayer to start. Still you have to tell the program what to play. %L means “long file name with path”.
