DTSAC3Source is only needed to read & packetize...

DTSAC3Source is only needed to read & packetize *.ac3 and *.dts files. It's not used during DVD (DVD Source) or MPEG-2 PS (Elecard MPEG-2 Demultiplexer) playback.
