The corresponding line in BSplayer.USER_NAME.xml...

The corresponding line in BSplayer.USER_NAME.xml file is the loooong one starting with
<Keys type="kbin">
and ending with
</Keys>

Go to BSplayer folder (usually C:\Program...

Go to BSplayer folder (usually C:\Program Files\Webteh\BSplayer\) and delete the BSplayer.USER_NAME.xml file (where all the settings are stored) and the problem shoul be fixed :wink:
