I don't think that ccleaner took care of that...

I don't think that ccleaner took care of that folder too, I suggest you to follow my instructions and do a fresh reinstall of BSplayer.

BTW can you tell us which are the filters used when decoding...

Have you tried to put them into the same folder...

Have you tried to put them into the same folder as the movie files and to rename the subtitles with the same name of the movies (exception made for the extension)?

It's strange that with v2.10...
