mhm... Never used/installed MainConcept codecs.. What happens if you uninstall it? Anyway my GSpot version is the same as yours 2.70a
Do you really need Nero codecs? Nero Burning ok, but you can...

My MPEG files are correctly recognised by GSPOT...

My MPEG files are correctly recognised by GSPOT and I BSplayer is able to play all my captured files :?
