To me it only appears when another program draws...

To me it only appears when another program draws a pop-up message in the Systray bar.. or if some other program steal BSP focus

Windows XP here, and can't reproduce this bug...

Windows XP here, and can't reproduce this bug (when the second video starts the only thing that became visible was the mouse cursor)
