BSP RC1 (803) doesn't play MPEG-2 when PowerDVD is installed

I'm using BSPlayer RC1 (803).
When I install PowerDVD I can no longer play MPEG-2 files in BSPlayer.
It crashes in module clvsd.ax (PowerDVD's video decoder).
