Rightclick > Options > Preferences > Subtites > [Subtitle properties]

Can you check if "Don't resize video in full...

Can you check if "Don't resize video in full screen" is selected?
(under rightclick > Options > Preferences > Video > [General] )
If so: deselect it.
Further: Is "resize OSD and subtitle font...
