No need to uninstall. Just open ffdshow configuration window, uncheck x264 and H264 support, install CoreAVC and should be fixed.

It's an MKV this time. Unfortunately, it seems that you don't have CoreAVC installed (for MPEG4-AVC - x264 decoding) so ffdshow took it's place.

Just to test. Blacklist ffdshow or disable MPEG4 support in ffdshow video configuration. 7's MPEG4 decoder should take it's place as favorite decoder. See if problem still...

C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Roaming\BSplayer PRO\bsplay.bkf

The whole path must include un-read only files and folders.

C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Roaming\BSplayer PRO

Usually, that behaviour it's caused by a non-responsive filter (codec).
