OK, solved for now. But is clearly BSPlayer's bug. Solved by unchecking the "draw subtitles on overlay". Now you can modify font size.

OK, that happened to me once too, but they were huge, and surely was caused by VobSub. IIRC, go to options->preferencies->subtitles->font and select the one you want. And deselect adjust line if too...

Are you sure it is BSPlayer's subtitle, or you have VobSub installed (green arrow in systray when playing a movie) ?
