In options->preferences->subtitles try to uncheck...

In options->preferences->subtitles try to uncheck auto splitt line and auto-resize, see what is hapening.

First uninstall the software you use for...

First uninstall the software you use for displaying subtitles, probably Vobsub ( a green arrow in systray).
BSPlayer has it's own engine to display subtitles.
