As I've said, the results are not the best...

As I've said, the results are not the best allways. But it's posible to have that problem because of the encoder who used in matroska container a stream compressed in x264 but using VfW profile.

1. Try to uninstall real audio decoder nand install AC3Filter
2. Try to uninstall Haali media splitter and install Gabest matroska splitter

Try 1. and if no succes then try 2.
