As has been pointed out here in other threads, the DEE2 DSP plugin requires that Winamp be installed in order to use it with BSPlayer. Or does it?

Here's how to get DEE2 installed without Winamp.

1. Create a folder, like C:\Program Files\Winamp
   In this folder, create a file called "Winamp.exe". Doesn't matter what's in it.
