Default BSPlayer Codec Manager Problem

My operating system "Win7 Pro 64bit"
I'm using BSplayer very years. I uninstalled and re-installed BSplayer many times.
I wanted to uninstall for occurred in playback error for the certain video formats and re install again. However, the bs.player codec manager gave error "downloading cedec list". I've tried many times. Failed to install the three codecs.
"MPEG audio decoder, RealMedia splitter, AC3 Filter."
BS.Player codec manager gave the as follows error messages:
"Invalid pointer operation"
"Access violation at adress 004092CC in module 'codecmanager.exe'. Read of address 6D74682B."
And finishes installation with the error window: "Runtime error 217 at 00402AA8"

Note: Changing the numbers in the error message in each trial.

What is this problem? How to solve?
Please help me!
Thanks...
