I have recently purchased BS.player pro and do not see the upgrade link when I log in. Please advise. Thank you.

Are you sure you logged in to your user area?

After login the most left choice in the light blue bar is "Download/Upgrade BS.Player"

I've purchased BSPlayer pro too since last week, but received no download link.
Should I ask for refund? great app with bad support!
