Are you sure you logged in to your user area? Maybe read this thread: http://forum.bsplayer.com/news-updat...html#post36483 After login the most left choice in the light blue bar is "Download/Upgrade BS.Player"

I've purchased BSPlayer pro too since last week, but received no download link. Should I ask for refund? great app with bad support! |
