Trouble with subtitles!

Hi, im having troubles with the subtitles. I dont know what it may be, but they are activated and also downloaded. Please, i need help. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled bspalyer but the problem still stays.

Menu-Options-Preferences-Subtitles-Subtitle properties-Subtitles disabled check
