Oh my God, it worked.

I took out DivX and put in ffdshow and it works! I can go frame by frame, lighten the video, and have it all on the default rendering.

Holy crap you have no idea how thankful I am. Thank you so much. Thank you so so so much. I love you.

My issue is resolved then. Thanks again! :D
