I'm wondering if the paid version of BSPlayer for Android is eligible for Pro Technical support?

The form tells me the email address I used doesn't have a valiid license but I used the same email address that I use in Google Play.

I've logged two requests using the contact-us form, one today. I didn't get a reply to my first one and I am in limbo, not knowing if I can get support or not.
