online subtitle search for streamed content does not work
 

Hallo.
I have spent quite a long time trying to resolve this problem. I have my media files located on my passport wireless disk connected wirelessly to my private wifi network. On my PC when I open movie file located on this disc with BS Player, it automaticly finds many subtitles online for this file. When I download this file locally to my Samsung tablet, BS Player again perfectly finds many subtitles online. When I open the same movie directly on wireless network drive, BS Player doesn find any subtitle. When I click on "find subtitles online", it replies "looking for online subtitles" (I do not know exact english version of this notifications, I am using czech language version) but nothing else happens... Never... The same for every streamed movie file. After searching through whole forum it looks like this functionality is not supported, which is pity :( Am I wrong? Or could you please help me solve it somehow? I am sure I am not the only user who would appreciate this to work. Thanks a lot. BS Player is great :)
