How I can syncronize substitles on bsplayer

Please i need syncronize subtitles with delay on many film. But i cant. what i can do?

The best way, is using Subtitle Workshop to adjust your subtitle file and save it.

Another option, is using Ctrl + Arrows or Shift + Arrows
while playing your movie with BSPlayer.
But you need to do it over again, next time you start BSPlayer.
