Italic in Micro DVD subtitles don't display correctly

BSPlayer 1.00 RC1
For example in MicroDVD format:
{681}{735}{y:i}Blaa-blaa|{y:i}bla-blaa-blaa.
don't work

In SubRip format works
fafaa sfs

yes...

...and there's a problem with
{Y:b} - bold
and
{C:xxxx} - colour

tags in MicroDVD subtitle format too
:(
