Default voice-noise when subtitle appears

Dear Forum!

I have a problem with BS Player under subtitle display.
When I try to play an avi with subtitle in BS player, it
play, but I hear high freq noise every 0,5-1 second.

I try it with many avi files and try to disable overlay
function, but the problem exist permanently.
(I have NVidia Geforce4 MX440 video card)

If You have any comment please post it! THANK YOU

I sincerely apologize to my bad English! :-)
