808: Still problems with bsi support

There are still several problems with bsi parser in rc808.

1) The Directory value of [Movie] key doesn't apply to AudioFileX;
2a) Having only external audio tracks cause the Audio string of [Options] key to not behave correctly;
2b) Having only external audio tracks cause the AudioFile1 to not be loaded correctly;
