Quietseb is an unknown quantity at this point

.idx + .sub files = vobsub subtitles
you need DirectVobSub (now called VSFilter) to read them
download it here (sourceforge.net)

copy VSFilter.dll to your c:\windows\system32\ directory
go to start-->run
type

regsvr32 VDFilter.dll

vobsub subtitles may be supported directly by bsplayer in a future release.
