Default bspfilters.dat ??

Is it a bug that BSPlayer does not load filters specified by the bspfilters.dat file (is loads system-installed filters with the same FilterGUID instead). Is this deliberate? If yes, can bsplayer be set-up to ignore the filters installed in Windows, but use filters specified in bspfilters.dat?

I'll try to explain my situation a bit:
I tried to make use of this cool feature of BSPlayer -- playing movies without installing codecs.
I don't have the privileges to install them to the machine I watch movies on. Sadly, admin of that PC probably found a way to make it impossible to watch movies. He installed a _very_ old version of ffdshow filter which is corrupting the movie picture, so the movie looks terrible. I tried to specify a newer version of ffdshow in bspfilters.dat (I also put the file ffdshow.ax to Filters directory). However, bsplayer still seems to use the system codecc to play files.

I don't know whether this is a bug or a feature, but anyhow, I would appreciate any help.
