[SOLVED] Pan-Scan problem

When playing a 16:9 movie at full screen mode, i see 2 black borders on my 4:3 display. i feel the image is a little small, so i press "+" to enlarge it. Yes, the image is bigger but the border is kept the same? The border will be adjusted correctly after left-clicking or moving the pointer to the buttom. It is not convenient! Or, is it only the case on me? i ever try MPC by pressing "9", the border will be adjusted right away - no more operation needed.

I have no problems when I press +/- to pan-in/out
It seems that to you those keys are assigned to Zoom-in/out instead of Pan..

Press numkey 5, then try to pan-in/out by using the Custom Pan menu item (Shift+O by default)
Otherwise press M key, it's Movie mode, it should remove black borders the way MPC removes them with 9 key

Check also the Key definitions in BSplayer Preferences (CTRL+P), both normal and full screen tabs

it seems the only case on my computer.
i don't think it concerns with the Key Definitions(default used). If it does, the border will not be adjusted anymore before next setting. In fact, when i move mouse pointer to the bttom to show the control panel, the border is adjusted at this moment.

Try to change rendering mode from internal renderer to overlay mixer -same problem. Try vmr mode, "pen-in" is fine as i wish - the border will be adjusted immediately. Not close bsplayer and switch back to internal renderer. Someting different happens - pan-in is fine this time. But... when i close & restart bsplayer next time, the same problem comes back.

Can you try to delete settings file and then start BSplayer?
settings file is located in BSplayer installation directory, or more probably in C:\Documents and Settings\USER_NAME\Application Data\BSplayer\bsplayer.xml folder (application data is an hidden dir)

After delete the setting file, the problem is fixed. Thanks!
