Right now it seems to ignore these and queue up streams from the start.

To clarify, when you set BSplayer to open a .wmv file from the Net and that file is of the form:

afile.wmv?startTime=00:59:57

Then BSplayer will ask, do you want to open afile.wmv and it truncates the remainder of the URL parameter(s).
