In BSPlayer, press F1 to get some help.
Scroll down the window, you'll should get the command line syntaxe.

You can change menudef.dat in order to customize BSPlayer menu.
Preferences for the player are saved into the registry. THe menu is loaded with the option -menudef

Preferences for a movie can be loaded from an INI or BSI file. The howto is explain in .\doc\ini_files.html of you BSPlayer directory.

Thats great! Thank you.

But now i can't delete some Line`s in menudef.dat/MenuItem, such as "Save as", "DSP Plugins" and etc, because BSPlayer crash:

The line you can't delete are the ones that are sometimes disabled.

When you load a movie "the save as" entry in the menu is enabled.
So there's a bug, I think BST still apply the disable/enable feature even if this entry is not created...

One solution, waiting for BST to reappear...
It would also be great, if BSPlayer automatically load menudef.dat if present.
