Unable to save subs

I put the subtitle at the movie, it works great, but when I save it (i go to 'save as' and save it there) it dosnt stay there. what should i do?

BSPlayer display a subtitle, but it's not mixing it into the video. For that you need other programs like VirtualDub+VobSub.
