HELP!!!! Warning: Unknown file format (DIV3)

I got a warning: unknown file format(DIV3) while opening a .avi file. Is there anyway to fix it? Please inform!

INstall DivX 3.11 or, in DivX decoder options enable support for generic MPEG4 support
