Default Losst Registration Information

I don't see a support link on the BSplayer home page. I have installed a new version of the player on my laptop after clicking on the "Registered users download new version here" and entering my username and pwd, thinking that the new install would pull my regsitration from the previous, but it didn't: now every time I start the player I get a dialog prompting me to enter my registration information.

Can anyone point me in the right direction recover my registration info.

Thanks,

Lou

Thake a look at BSPeter's "READ THIS FIRST BEFORE POSTING" post item (f)

Anyway the support email is this: support@bsplayer.com

If you didn't deleted your e-mail (received when you bought BSplayer Pro) you are able to retrieve the registration data directly from there.

As a rule it should act as supposed by you. Whenever I install a new version of BSPlayer Pro, I simply install it "over" the old one and I never have to re-register. I never tried, but maybe it doesn't work if you installed in a different folder as the previous one. Could that perhaps be a possible cause with your installation?

(P.S.: item (f) is almost at the bottom of my Help2Help-post.)

When posting always mention your computer's OS and the version and build number(!) of BS.Player as used by you,

If you installed in another folder, BSplayer will be registered enabled if you paste in the new folder the "key.reg" present in the old folder, with BSplayer closed, without the necessity to type again the registration code (this works only if you install BSplayer on the same machine).
