Which kind of movie? AVI? Encoded with...?
Use GSpot to know the answers and then report here the results..

Have you already tried to uninstall BSplayer by removing all its folders (the one in Program Files and the one in C:\Documents and Settings\USER_NAME\Application Data\) and then reinstall it?

Hi, and thanks for your answer!

It doesn't work with all kind of video files.

When I install bsplayer on the first time, it works perfectly. Then, one week later, each time I would watch a movie, it asks me for the serial number I had already entered during the first installation. And finally, it doesn't work anymore.

I have already tried to uninstall BSplayer by removing all its folders, clean up the registry, and then install it one more time, but nothing happened.

Perhaps an incompatibility with an other program I've installed?

Try to uninstall and then reinstall your codecs, or if this doesn't help, re-register quartz.dll (but probably the problem is in codecs)

By any chance, did you have a message during window's initialisation saying "Windows has just recovered from a serious error...." ?
Do you have a multi-user Windows instalation ?
Do you run Vista ?

Thanks a lot for your helps, but everything is allright now.

I just reinstall all my codecs and now it seems to work.

For information, I have XP pro and no multi-user instalation and no error message during windows' initialisation.

Thanks a lot and happy new year!
