Did BS.Player mend their ways?

Some time ago there was an unsavoury story between Softpedia and BS.Player http ://news.softpedia.com/news/WhenU-Save-and-BS-Player-49681.shtml . And Softpedia honestly removed BS.Player from their downloads in the name of their users' safety.
I wonder whether BS.Player removed WhenU Save from their latest release BS.Player 2.30 (at least, my Avira Free with latest base doesn't see any threats). If they did so, probably, Softpedia could return BS.Player to the list of their downloads. And the story will be over? Or the things are all the same? If it is so, it's a shame.
Will you share the information with all your users?

There must've been a serious disagreement between both parties, prompting to write that extensive article. It would have been an apropriate reply to all those users (and the developer), who sent us to Wikipedia to learn what ads and spyware are.

Great! Well-done, Softpedia!
They are responsive to the information their users convey to them! It's pleasant to know.

BS.PLayer removed its disgraceful spyware module at last and now we all are able to revel in its excellent quality, so as BS.Player is one of the best and user-friendliest software in the world-objectively!

The best interface ever, cool features even in a free version. Regrettably, a lot of adware remained even in free version. That's a shame.Unfortunately, BS.Player has shifted a little into the field of commercial software, but alongside jetAUDIO, Zoom Player, KMPlayer, Quintessential Player, BS.Player appears to be a top-notch mediaplayer.
Thank you, Softpedia guys for being responsive and helpful!

"BS.PLayer removed its disgraceful spyware module..."

Jeez... for the nth time: BS.Player did not include spyware in ANY version. We only bundled adware and only up to version 2.28.

So, who prevented you-BS.Player team from getting in touch with Bitedefender, Kaspersky, Avira, Lavasoft Adware, Spyware Doctore (you name all) and ask them to include BS.,Player into their list of exceptions???

It was you who had to reply Softpedia article http: //news.softpedia.com/news/WhenU-Save-and-BS-Player-49681.shtml and expound everything to your users.
I wonder if I hadn't gotten in touch with Softpedia and pointed to your new version, would you have ever noticed that BS.Player was boycotted by major download sites (Softpedia and Download.com). So, I have made the work of your PR manager and marketing specialist on a volunteer basis.
By the way, there is a new, qiute friendly review of BS.Player on Softpedia http ://news.softpedia.com/news/Safe-To-Install-Version-Of-BS-Player-Is-Out-And-About-92721.shtml , if your marketing department noticed that.
