quick fix

I've had this problem too; waiting for a bugfix i solved this way: shift + right click on an mp3 / Open With: winamp or whatever.

quick workaround

You just have to disable the windows explorer preview.
Edit your system32\folder.htt file and remove the following lines:

<span id=MediaPlayerSpan>
</span>

Save it and no more overlay...

never had such problems

I use to see movies stored in a box connected through wireless LAN at 11mbps (running samba too...) and i have a smooth playback, with bsplayer at least since build 494.

i'm experiencing the following problem on two boxes running w2k pro and w2k server:

I can just enter the preferences panel (either from contex menu or by hitting ctrl+p) if bsplayer is not...
