I have 0.85 build 490 and i had already try to reinstall, nothing changes.
In fact, as said bsplayer is not the only one app which do not manage to open the file. Only Player 2 and Virtuadub success...

I've used Gordian Knot 0.26.1 many times to encode a movie with Divx codec 5.02.
