Just thought you guys might want to know, I fixed my problem by using ffdshow and uninstalling the divx and xvid codecs. BSPlayer don't like those codecs?

I have the same problem too with divx/Xvid files....

I have the same problem too with divx/Xvid files. It just gets stuck at opening and when I ctrl+alt+del, it's shown as not responding(using win98 here).

Just like to add my problem is not subtitle...
