Problem solved!

:arrow: I have dl the newest version of the bs.player v2.27.959 as your support team has suggested; entered new registration data (run everything as admin just in case :wink: ) and now it works fine...

I'm experiencing the same problem under Vista Basic ... I just cannot register your application (v2.27.958) ... I tried to run the bs.player with admin rights; I reinstalled it three times ... each...
