As far as I remember, this document and settings...

As far as I remember, this document and settings directory exists for the win NT series only, not win98/Me

maybe you should look under c:\temp or c:\windows\temp

btw, to find your temp...

as stated several times, you should try to empty...

as stated several times, you should try to empty your temp directory then start bsplayer

(default temp directory is c:\Documents and settings\[username]\local settings\temp )
