Yes, as I thought and as you said, it has to do with the divx 6 filters.
BSPlayer was using dvixdec.ax version 6.7.0.1 but using BS.Player's internal AVI splitter, the second track is back again ...

When I play most of my videos that have two language tracks, and I switch to the second language the audio stops playing after 25...
